Thailand Mission and Cultural Trip 2015 - Journal 18

Today we worshiped at the University Church, and then enjoyed a potluck hosted by the church.  We rented the big University bus to go to the Orphanage in Lop Buri in the afternoon. As in past years, this was such a meaningful experience. But today was exceptional, because Diana Riesenberger, the AIU Director of Marketing led out, and Andy, who was the leader for many years, was in town and was there. It was a grand experience with those little girls, who needed so much love and attention.

Tonight, Ryan Keough, the VP for Advancement and his family, along with Diana, had us over his home for pizza, following the tradition of the former President, Loren Agrey. They gave us lovely gifts at the end of the evening, and took the team over for smoothies at the food stand. They had us go around the room and share highlights of our experience these past two weeks. My heart was stirred, and I was so blessed, to hear from my team.
