Thailand Mission and Cultural Trip 2015 - Journal 16

We started the day with a slight bit of rain, but not hard enough to cancel work on the farm. We planted nearly 500 eggplant plants, and did more pepper weeding. The kids continued to pile on more gifts at the Elementary School.
In the afternoon Emil Kachchap took us on a private tour of Farm Chokchai – the largest dairy farm in Southeast Asia. It is a tourist attraction. There is also a petting zoo; the owner’s collection of a large variety of dogs, big cats, elephants, and all kinds of pure bred horses, etc. We also enjoyed some delicious ice cream.
The Faculty of Nursing celebrated the end of the Community Nursing practicum with a buffet dinner, Thai dancing, and karaoke. It was a lot of fun.
