Thailand Journal 4– Aug. 28

Each day begins with team worship. JoLene coordinates this. She kicked it off with an inspiring devotional. Then on to the Elementary school where we introduced the teaching team. I left
one of my cameras with the coordinator, Nuny. She took many photos that captured the interaction between students and teachers. On the farm, we began building the road. Hard work; and lots of fun, including drinking coconut water. Nang made banana chips for us, sprinkled with sugar. We all go over to the school to have lunch. Nuny personally made fried rice for us. The weather cooperated and we had great elephant rides today. We had to pass the Chocolate Factory, and we were compelled to stop again! Another great meal at the Blue Restaurant. We had about 20 dishes. We were stuffed. It came up to about $45.00 total for the 12 of us! Ended the day at the Monday Night Market and a sudden rain down pour. Over 600 photos added today – lots of English Camp and Elephant rides shots.
