Thailand Mission and Cultural Trip 2012 - Journal 15

We finished the flooring and the roof of the shed on the farm! And got our hand and initials in the concrete! Also we poured the base for the pump cage. Just a small section of the corn field is left to weed. That should be finished tomorrow.

This afternoon I made an exploratory trip to a depressed little village on the edge of Muak Lek. We are thinking that next year the School of Social Work can take this on as a project. I would be delighted to see a transformation in this community. The University already conducts a Branch Sabbath School in the village. So we have a presence there.

Tonight is the last night at the English Evening Camp at the Community Center in town. We said our goodbyes, gave out t-shirts and candy. We will miss the kids. They are precious!
