Thailand Mission and Cultural Trip 2012 - Journal 19

Normally today would be a free day to sleep in, unwind, say good-byes, and any last minutes eventualities. But we wanted to complete the projects at Uncle Prasarn and Auntie Nang’s home. So even though we got to bed late last night, we were on the road by 8:00am. And yes, we completed the shed, the bed, and the extension to the shed; cleaned up and said goodbyes. It was so wonderful to see him wheel his chair down the ramp that we built for him. As always we gave them shirts like ours, and he gave us 3 hammocks that he made himself.

In a few minutes (midnight Monday) we will be leaving for the airport. We fly out at 5:30am on Tuesday morning; and arrive into Portland at 8:30am, YES, on Tuesday morning!
