Thailand Mission and Cultural Trip 2012 - Journal 20

I’m home! It’s a long trip: Left the University at midnight and got to the airport at 2:00am. They had already begun checking in for the 5:40 flight. By the time we completed everything including many security checks and got to the gate it was time to board at 4:45. The flight to Japan was 6 hours, and from Japan to Portland, 9 hours; and 4 hours’ drive to Walla Walla! Came home and mowed the lawn and picked fruits for canning, and reaped some vegetables including some of the largest carrots I have ever grown!

Though it is great to be home, it was awesome to spend time with some of God’s very special people in Thailand. We were so blessed as we shared and received. I look forward in returning next year with another team. Good bye Thailand. See you in a few months!
