Thailand Journal 7 – Aug. 31
The morning devotionals have been inspiring. Today Andrew Yamada,
like those before gave a snippet of his life. At the Elementary school, the 4th
to 9th grades were off to a Buddhist camp. The team had the 3rd
graders all morning. Nuny hosted the national accreditors of her English
program. On the farm, the road is almost finished. It is a good feeling. We are
trying to raise $2000.00 to help pay for its construction. In the afternoon, we
toured Farm Chokchai, the largest dairy farm in southeast Asia.
Emil gave us a
great private tour and taught us some much. Then we stopped by the side of the
road in Muak Lek and got Thai pancakes (like crepes with lots of condensed milk,
sugar, and bananas) for the team members. Ended the day at the food court on
campus. If you wish to see all my journals in one spot, please go to my
