Thai Journal ‘24 - #3

 

The day began with worship at the Asia Pacific International university church with the non-Thai English-speaking congregation. We received a very warm welcome from the pastor and congregation. At 1:30pm

many groups headed out to conduct Branch Sabbath Schools in the surrounding areas. As always, we joined the one for Uncle Prasarn and Auntie Nang’s farm, where half of our team will be working. I spoke for that worship. As in times past we gave them dog and chicken feed (compliments of Kalene Dittman and Lorraine Jacobs), and Real Time Pain Relief, compliments of my wife, Violet. After a tour of the farm, we headed for the White Buddha – a 600-step climb! We ended the day at our famous dinner spot, Srifa (Blue restaurant).
