Thai ’09 Journal 18

Just another great day in Thailand! Everybody seemed to like their original choice of projects: Miriama was very happy to be back teaching; Chad and Kelli were delighted to be on the farm – even though it was hard work today digging weeds in the pepper field; and it was a hot, sweaty and sunny day! We also bought more roofing, and finished the front extension of the shed. We have been having some great devotionals before we leave in the morning. Emma led out this morning. Joselyn joined the afternoon visitation team this afternoon and had a great time. I met some interesting people – a man who keeps expensive birds and who won trophies for physical fitness; a police man; and a young lady who knew enough English so that I could do the talking. Tonight it was all topped off with dinner with the nursing faculty: Great setting, great company, and great food! Dr. Fred and Kim are going to be jealous!
