Our day ended with an eating event: Durian, and mango sticky rice! The latter was a hit. I wish I could say the same for the durian. For those who
don’t know that fruit, I would suggest that you google it. I’m one of the
westerners who love it. The day began with worship under the gazebo, with Elton
using the Koi as his devotional illustration. On the farm we planted custard
apple (i.e Jamaican sweet sop), dragon fruit, weeded corn, and ate the most
delicious corn. At the public school, the hit of the day was Jasmine giving out
the over 100 stuffed animals that she brought to Thailand.
In the afternoon we visited the Nam Tok Chet
Sao Noi National Park and waterfalls, which is very close to the public school
where teach in the mornings. Really beautiful scenery! Remember you can see all
