Thai Journal ‘23 - #3

 

First day of work at the farm and the school of the next two weeks. Began the day with worship. Deanna led out today. On the farm, Keziah, Mitchel, and I picked sweetsop (custard apple, in Thailand) and ate lots. Coconut water and jelly are also staples. At the school the rest of the team had a lovely time. Allyson and Erik had the lower grades and Deanna, Julie, and Nancy had the 8^th and 9^th grades. Good lunch for all of us, prepared by Nunie’s mother. In the afternoon some of the team had massages. Rose and Jenny are the most awesome ladies and friends these many years! Shopped at the Monday market and ended the day with a fantastic dinner.
