Thai Journal ‘24 - #12

Many highlights today: The daily devotionals are always a highlight. This morning’s was by Ian. Then
when we got to the farm the concrete work was a few minutes from completion. We got to inscribe Walla Walla before it dried! Because of the rain last evening, we were able to fertilize a large field of corn. Despite Nang’s pain, it was delightful to see her driving the tractor. Alyssa and Aizza joined the teaching team. The impact those teachers

are making, and connection and friendship are difficult to express in a few words. And even when the farming team arrive for lunch, the love that is shown to us is indescribable. Incidentally, there is a vegetable garden at the school; and thanks to ShelleyB, we will be planting some seeds in it on Wednesday. More massages this afternoon. A first for Roberto! Oh, and the connections with the students at the university, is just what I dreamed of. This is especially true on the volleyball court, and dinner in the food court.
