Thailand Journal 13 – Sept. 4, 2019

Not a lot happened today from the regular. I gave the devotional from Luke 4:18-19. Like Jesus,

that’s our mission. Great times playing with the kids at the elementary school, and just great bonding. At the farm we continued weeding the massive corn field under the watchful eye of the White Buddha. No rain today; but still muddy – though a dryer mud.  Got a new dish from Atid – one made of coconut jelly. Every year there is something new and different on the trip: Some of the team members wanted a manicure and pedicure. It was good and much cheaper than in the States. Emil brought ice cream from Chokchai Farms where he works. Another party in my room to end the day. Work and play keeps us sane!
