Thailand Journal 12 – Sept. 6, 2022

 

Gabby started the day off with a devotional. Brett joined the teaching English team, and did well. For the alumni of the trip, you will be happy to know that Bom is in grade 9 and will be on to High School this year. Willy and Zach joined us on the farm where Nang made the squash dish. They all agreed that it had an interesting texture, but could not describe it. I was feeling stronger, but did take out time to rest. The Thai massage this afternoon was nothing like I had ever felt. There were knots everywhere, even in my earlobes and head. She got them out with a lot of squirming on my part! We did the Tuesday night market and then ate at the Blue Restaurant. So good to see Tom Srifa. They agreed that the food is better when he is there.
